To promote the launch of its Verdera Voice-Controlled Lighted Mirror, Kohler collaborated with Disney in this commercial concept that ties fairytale to fantasy film. With the Verdera Voice Mirror, you can control music, lighting and other products with your voice. This spot features a modern-day “evil” queen using Kohler’s first mirror-of-its-kind in the market to transform from a villainous character into the best version of herself.

On a stormy night, an evil-looking enchantress walks through her home perched up on top of a hill. She removes her headdress and shakes out her hair, revealing she's a normal woman. At her bidding, the mirror turns the lights on to make up mode, starts her music playlist, informs her of the nail salon’s hours, adds items to her shopping list, and even purchases tickets to Disney's upcoming movie "Maleficent: Mistress of Evil," also directed by Robert Stromberg. At the end of the spot, a movie clip shows actress Angelina Jolie’s Maleficent saying, “Humans are hilarious” tying in the film even further.

The creative became a perfect vehicle for aligning the Disney and Kohler brands, in a relevant and fun way ahead of the launch of ‘Maleficent: Mistress of Evil.’
